ServiceTrade, a company that offers SaaS applications to commercial service contractors, has raised $85 million in a funding round led by JMI Equity, according to a report by the Raleigh News Observer. The funding will be used to expand the company’s suite of SaaS products, which help commercial service contractors manage their businesses by providing tools for scheduling, invoicing, and customer management. The company’s platform is used by more than 2,500 businesses globally, including companies in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. ServiceTrade’s CEO, John Rieger, stated that the funding will be used to expand the company’s product offerings and to increase the company’s footprint globally.
