Common HappyMod Errors
HappyMod has made a few mistakes that are easy to correct.
Parsing Package Error
The APK parser depends on the coding to be correct. This includes a string of characters and symbols as well as digits. If this string is incorrect, an error is thrown. You could have an incomplete or corrupt download, a conflicting file, compatibility with your device, firmware version, etc. You have four options to resolve this issue:
Method 1 – Check the Manifested PK File
If you have customized the app by removing ads, you might have modified the manifested file. You could try this:
- Open the HappyMod APK file from your Android device.
- Find andriomanifest.xml in your computer and open it
- It should be reset to default.
Method 2: USB Debugging
- Open your Settings app, and then tap on About Device
- Tap the Build Number seven times. You should receive a popup message stating, “You are now an developer.”
- Tap Developer Options and go back to Settings
- Allow USB Debugging to be enabled – then reinstall HappyMod. It should work
Method 3 – Corrupted
You can delete corrupted files downloaded from the internet and start over. As soon as you have checked the file, make sure to use the official download link.
HappyMod is not installed
You may have a number of reasons why the app store didn’t install. To fix this, start with method 1 and continue until it works on your device.
Method 1 – Clear Package Installer Data, and Cache
- Open Settings, then go to Apps or App Manager.
- Click on System, then click on Package Installer
- Clear Data and Clear Cache by tapping Clear Data – Android Marshmallow users can find these in Storage
- You can try again. HappyMod should work.
Method 2 – Enable Unknown Sources
Before installing third-party apps, you should do this:
- Go to Security and open Settings.
- To enable it, tap on Unknown Sources
- HappyMod may not be working if you delete it and reinstall it. Make sure Unknown Sources is enabled.
Method 3 – For Rooted Devices
- Use your browser to search for and download root explorer apps
- Copy the APK from it, then open it. Next, go to System>App
- Make sure the app permissions are turned on – HappyMod should work
Method 4 Clear Space
Clearing space on your device can be done by uninstalling any unused apps, deleting any files that you don’t need and moving media files to another source such as the cloud. It is important to ensure that you don’t try to install it on your SD cards as the package installer might not be able read the file.
You may never want to go back to the official app store again.
